How radicalization by the left is hurting freedom and critical thinking in young people in the United States

views

There are more places than ever before in modern America where the fight for the nation’s soul can happen than just during elections or on TV debates. It is now happening in a classroom, which is a much more sneaky place. From elementary schools to top colleges, young Americans are constantly exposed to a radical leftist ideology that wants to change how they think about history, society, right and wrong, and even who they are.

At first, the process is quiet and understated. It’s built into reading lists, lesson plans, and class talks. By the time they get to college, most of the intellectual shaping is done. After going through these schools, they don’t become independent thinkers. Instead, they become devoted followers of a worldview that sees Western society not as a complicated web of human success and failure, but as a simple story of oppressors and victims.

This line of ideas is not a coincidence. It was built on purpose over many years, with help from radicals who knew that taking over educational institutions would mean taking over the future.

A scripted view of the world: oppressors vs. oppressed

A misleadingly easy story is at the heart of this brainwashing: society is made up of two groups: those who oppress and those who are oppressed. This is the lens through which everything should be seen, from historical events to everyday exchanges.

The story makes you feel something. It encourages young people, who are often having a hard time figuring out where they belong in the world, to see themselves as heroes who are up against an unfair system. It gives you a sense of moral superiority and purpose. But it also asks for intellectual surrender. Not much room for subtlety, complexity, or different points of view.

The great things that Western culture has done, like the rise of democracy, the end of slavery, the growth of free markets, and the protection of human rights, are just small parts of a much bigger story of oppression. Even worse, students are taught to be skeptical of important ideas like equality, free speech, and personal responsibility, seeing them as ways to control the system rather than as foundations of a free society.

Being a victim is a virtue: the new moral hierarchy

Right and wrong are no longer earned through deeds or character in this new ideological order. It is given based on the victim’s position.

There are now more good people than bad ones. The more types of abuse someone can claim, like based on race, gender, sexuality, or any number of made-up identities, the better they are seen by others. On the other hand, people who are seen as “privileged” are expected to constantly apologize for their presence and bow down to others, no matter how right or wrong their actions are.

This way of thinking makes people less resilient and less free. It doesn’t teach kids how to deal with problems and become great; instead, it teaches them to be angry and see problems not as chances to grow but as signs that someone is working against them in the system.

This has made a generation that is more and more paralyzed by self-doubt, feelings of entitlement, and anger. They are not ready to face the challenges of the real world, which require hard work, persistence, and critical thought.

Schools: Places where people are forced to conform

Universities used to be proud places where people could ask questions and argue without fear of being punished. Many of them have turned into mills of ideological conformity these days.

Students learn very quickly that if they question the main story, bad things can happen very quickly. People who disagree could be shunned by their peers, get in trouble in school, or be punished by the boss. In some situations, just asking tough questions can lead to racism, sexism, or bigotry charges.

Professors who don’t follow the rules run the risk of being pushed to the edges of their field, being harassed, or even being fired. From critical race theory to gender studies, whole fields are devoted to supporting the oppressor-oppressed view and training new activists instead of academics.

Instead of seeking the truth, the goal of education has changed to spreading beliefs.

The Movie Script Comparison: Giving the Audience a Pre-Written Story

The process of indoctrination is like a movie plot that wasn’t written well.

A well-made movie has complicated moral questions and characters with many sides. It also asks viewers to think deeply about what they see. But in a propaganda film, the characters are cartoons, the plots are simple, and people are supposed to believe the story without question.

The latter is becoming more and more common in schools today. Students aren’t asked to question, struggle with, or think about ideas from different points of view. They are given a story that has already been made up and taught to repeat it.

In the same way that a bad movie makes people feel stupid, today’s school system makes students feel stupid and limits their potential by using them as animals in an ideological game.

A national emergency: the loss of critical thinking

A free and successful society is built on people who can think critically. It lets people think about the facts, question authority, and come to well-thought-out conclusions. Democracy itself can’t work without it.

It is not just an educational disaster that young people in the United States are losing the ability to think critically; it is a national emergency.

They teach them what to think, not how to think. They are taught to use slogans and emotional outbursts instead of well-thought-out arguments when dealing with difficult problems. To see disagreement as violence and to avoid uncomfortable ideas by going to “safe spaces” instead of analyzing them.

When things are like this, free speech is lost. There is less intellectual diversity. Public debate turns into yelling matches and games of virtue-signaling. It is very hard for the country to handle problems, come up with new ideas, and run itself well.

Institutions for men and the changing of history

“Patriarchal institutions” are one of the main things that radical leftists want to destroy.

The word ” patriarchal institution” refers to social structures in which men have more power than women. But in the language of the radical left, this idea is used as a weapon to attack all traditional institutions, from the family to church to capitalism, as oppressive and out of date.

Through this skeptical lens, historical successes are seen in a new way. People don’t see the Founding Fathers as visionaries who fought for human rights; instead, they see them as hypocritical oppressors. People don’t see the scientific revolution as a victory of reason; they see it as a tool of empire. Literature and art are even rebranded as tools of systemic tyranny.

The reason for this rewriting of history is strategic. It tries to cut young Americans off from their cultural inheritance, make them feel bad about their ancestors, and separate them from the ideas that protect their freedoms.

Radical left ideas: a destructive cult

Radical left ideas are basically pessimistic. That’s not what it wants; it wants to destroy.

These activists need to do more than just find real wrongs and work toward real answers. Instead, they want to completely destroy existing buildings because they think that paradise will somehow appear from the wreckage.

This ideology lives on conflict, anger, and always having something to complain about. It wants everyone to follow the rules, punishes those who don’t, and doesn’t believe in forgiveness. It doesn’t have a clear idea of what should replace the institutions it wants to destroy; all it does is accuse, say sorry, and destroy more.

To put it simply, it is a cult that puts its own righteousness above the future of a great country.

How to Get Out of the Ideological Trap When Talking About School Choice

School freedom is one of the best ways to fight against leftist propaganda.

Choice of schools gives parents the power to choose schools that fit their beliefs and their children’s needs. It adds competition to a system that isn’t moving, which promotes new ideas, greatness, and responsibility.

Instead of only having public schools, there are important options like charter schools, private schools, homeschooling, and voucher programs. They protect the ability to think critically, do well in school, and uphold traditional American ideals.

Increasing school choice isn’t just a matter of improving education; it’s also a matter of human rights. Every child should be able to learn in a place that helps them reach their full potential instead of holding them back.

Putting together new institutions: a conservative must

The radical left’s long march through institutions worked because conservatives didn’t realize how important education and society were.

It’s not enough to criticize systems that are already in place. It’s up to conservatives to create new schools, colleges, media sources, and cultural groups that stand for truth, excellence, and freedom.

This needs money, creativity, and a dedication to the long run. It takes guts to go against established power structures and a clear goal to motivate the next generation of leaders.

Things are at stake more than ever. Conservatives will keep losing the next generation to a philosophy that hates the very things that made America great if they don’t get involved in the battle of ideas.

Getting People Awake: A New Renaissance in America

People in the US are starting to realize what’s going on.

Parents are speaking out at meetings of the school board. Students are looking for different points of view online. Professors who don’t agree with the administration are starting new schools. Journalists are making their own venues that aren’t controlled by corporations.

It’s good to see that there are signs of a revolt against the propaganda machine. It shows that many Americans still have a strong desire for freedom, even though it has been hurt.

But hope isn’t enough on its own. It needs to be paired with something. People need to be involved in politics at all levels, from the neighborhood school board to the federal election. They need to morally and financially back alternative institutions. I think they should teach their kids to question things, love their country, and respect freedom.

The fight for freedom is also a fight for minds.

The most important fight of our time is not taking place far away. Kids are fighting it in the halls, in their living rooms, and on our phones.

In a way, it’s a fight for the soul of the country and the minds of the next generation.

The extreme left’s forces are well-organized, cruel, and unstoppable. They have taken over a lot of our institutions and want to end the job.

But it is possible to beat them. We can take back our schools, our society, and our future if we have the courage, conviction, and dedication to truth, freedom, and human dignity.

We need to fight back now, before too many people are lost to the lies of propaganda.

To be free is not a gift. It needs to be taught, loved, and defended by every age. That’s what the future of America means.

CNN Panel Clashes Over Kash Patel’s Aggressive Move That Some Say Goes Too Far

Transcripts:
(00:00) What up, yo? I’m Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It’s April 28th, 2025. We are live streaming on Rumble, on YouTube, on Locals. Share, subscribe, tap that notification bell. Join us for a postgame show, rubinreport.locals.com. I mentioned it last week. If you have not subscribed anywhere yet, we’re about to cross 3 million subscribers on YouTube. Get on that.
(00:40) How many channel views did you say we’re about to cross to? Over 2 billion. We had almost a billion views last year alone. I’ve been doing this for a long time. Somehow we got to 850 million views last year and we’re about to cross 2 billion channel views. I’m just talking about YouTube, but we’re crushing it on Rumble too. Appreciate all that. Ready to roll.
(01:01) Refreshed on this Monday and we got a jam packed program for you. I would say the title of today’s show is Crazy People vs. Not Crazy People. And you just have to decide what side of the aisle you want to be on. You could say it’s conservative vs. liberal, democrat, republican. We can do authoritarian, libertarian. We can pick all the words that we want to put in this.
(01:20) But at the end, where we are at in America right now, maybe where we’re at across the globe right now, is just you want to be batshit insane. There’s a side you can go to. And if you want to be just kind of roughly normal, as any of us would have thought normal was in 1995, we got a party for you to come to.
(01:39) We’re going to talk about a whole bunch of judicial activism that is out of control right now. I mean, judges literally breaking the law and some of them being arrested for it. We’re going to jump over to the White House Correspondents Dinner, where you’re not gonna believe this. They suddenly realized that Joe Biden had a mental problem over the course of four years. They did not know that during the time he was president.
(01:54) We got a little bit of Michelle Obama and her podcast, some Trump and Zelensky stuff and more. But let’s dive in to Wisconsin, where they make the cheese, because a Wisconsin judge has just been arrested and it happened on Friday and it was just going bananas viral all over the weekend. Listen to this from the Daily Wire.
(02:12) FBI Director Kash Patel said on Friday that federal agents arrested a Milwaukee County, Wisconsin judge who is suspected of helping an illegal immigrant from Mexico evade immigration and customs enforces, that’s officers, that’s ICE. Last week, ICE agents showed up at a Milwaukee courthouse to arrest a Mexican citizen after a hearing before, after a hearing before Judge Hannah Dugan.
(02:37) The judge directed ICE agents to wait in Chief Judge Carl Ashley’s office, and then told the defendant to exit the courtroom through a side door, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject and a legal alien to evade arrest, Patel said in a post that was initially deleted.
(03:05) Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public. So he did, he deleted the tweet. I think there was a typo or something and then did put that tweet up. So it wasn’t that there was a factual error in the tweet as far as I know. So, okay, you’ve got a judge who’s going out of his way to help an illegal evade ICE agents.
(03:28) That is breaking the law. If you did that as a private citizen, let’s say an illegal was in your house and ICE agents came to your house and said, do you have an illegal here? And you misdirected them. You were like, no, actually I saw him three houses over. And while they look that way, you helped him get out the back.
(03:45) You would be in trouble. And judges are not above the law, right? Lady Justice, she’s blind. That’s why she wears the blindfold. I guess she’s not blind, but she wears a blindfold to mimic being blind. Anyway, here is Scott Jennings, you know, the one sane man over on CNN who is trying to just talk some basic common sense into these lunatics, explaining what’s going on over here. I believe we have the stinger.
(04:17) You have the right to get an arrest warrant and you have the right to get a summons and that they got a rest warrant for a judge shows that they wanted to make this a spectacle. Last point I want to make is I indicted a wire presented to a grand jury and indicted a state prosecutor. I indicted a prosecutor and I got a summons because I didn’t want to make a spectacle.
(04:42) They made a spectacle of this case. And they announced it on X as well and then deleted it, but then that’s it on X. Why wouldn’t you want to make a spectacle. They made a spectacle of this case. And they announced it on X as well. Sure. Why wouldn’t you want to make a spectacle of it? I mean, the fact of the matter is there are liberal Democrat elected officials, not all judges, some are mayors and others, all over this country who have said repeatedly since Donald Trump became the president that they would like to obstruct his principles
(05:04) and his program when it comes to deporting illegal immigrants. Spectacle is important because a message has to be sent to everybody else. We’re not going to put up. You’ve been elected by people to uphold the law and some of the laws that have been most flagrantly violated in this country are immigration laws.
(05:21) You’ve got to get on board with upholding all the laws. Yeah, so of course Scott is right and calmly lays it out. The first guy, I don’t even need to mention his name because it’s just a rotating cast of characters that they bring on CNN to push propaganda and then Scott just pushes back. Note, he didn’t say that the Justice Department, the Kash Patel, et cetera, going for the judge and arresting the judge was illegal or that the judge didn’t do something wrong. He didn’t say that. He said it’s kind of upsetting
(05:49) to him because it’s a spectacle. You could have kind of done it on the DL. And then of course, she mentions, oh, when they announced it on X, Scott rightly points out. So no, so as far as I can tell, no one in that clip, we’re going to show you some other clips where this does happen, but no one in that clip was debating the facts that she did go out of her way to misdirect ICE as it pertained to an illegal that was in her courtroom.
(06:09) That is the part that we are at right there. Okay, so that’s number one. Number two, as for the spectacle part, well, there is a show, right? I talk about kayfabe a lot on this. Like there is a show and we need to somehow show people, even judges, that you cannot break the law. So if the average person hid an illegal in their house, they might be arrested.
(06:32) And guess what? It might be tipped off to the media and the media might see, boy, somebody was housing five MS-13 gang members. That might make the media. So I don’t see why judges should be treated as if they are better than any of us. Then I try not to tweet over the weekend. And we went to the beach with the media. So I don’t see why judges should be treated as if they are better than any of us. Then I try not to tweet over the weekend. And we went to the beach with the kids.
(06:49) We had such a nice weekend. I was trying not to pay too much attention to this stuff. But yes, I was going to the bathroom and I was fucking on the Twitter because what else are you going to do? And Ro Khanna. Now, Ro Khanna is a Democrat from Silicon Valley, California. He’s thought of as sort of the more moderate side of the Dems.
(07:05) I’ve had him on the show, you may remember this. I interviewed him a couple months ago in D.C. We had a very nice chat. We disagreed on a whole bunch of stuff, but I thought he was a pleasant enough guy, and it was nice to sit down with a Democrat, because we reach out to Democrats all the time, and we always get nos.
(07:19) However, Roe put up a video on Twitter explaining what happened here, or purporting to explain what happened here, and watch his little misdirection. This morning, the Trump administration’s FBI, headed by Kash Patel, arrested a Wisconsin judge for simply standing up for the rights of immigrants. This is without any historical precedent and truly terrifying.
(07:48) Every American, every person who cares about the rule of law and freedom needs to stand up and speak out. We need to demand the release of this judge and have due process and the rule of law. Man. So, Roe, if you’re watching the show today, and we’ll even send you the clip, if you want to come back on the show, we can talk this out.
(08:10) But you so so first, I’ll just show you a little bit of the experience. So I just wrote back. I was just like, I shouldn’t do it. But I just wrote back. What are you doing, man? Because because it was so obvious. You see what he did there with his misdirection. Now, he wrote, enjoyed our chat. You don’t think the federal government arresting a local judge in handcuffs for how she ran her courtroom is a scary overreach of federal power.
(08:28) And then I responded, I think we’ve got it here. I said, you said she quote, simply stood up for the rights of immigrants, not noting illegal, but also she actively broke the law. People get arrested in handcuffs. I enjoyed our chat too, but this, as I’ve mentioned many times, is another reason I’m done with the Democrats.
(08:49) So you see what he did there. He said she was simply standing up for the rights of immigrants, but she wasn’t doing that. Now, first off, he didn’t say illegal immigrants. He said immigrants. If this was a legal citizen, we wouldn’t be in this situation. So now he wants due process and he cares about the law, but he didn’t care about that.
(09:10) And the Democrats didn’t care about that for the four years while these people were overrunning our border. And this is the bizarre thing that the Democrats do. When there is someone who is an illegal or is a gang member or a murderer or calling for genocide, they always will go to that person and say, you are the hero in this situation.
(09:35) And that riles up a crazy base that has now become wildly radicalized. We’ll have more on that in a little moment, in just a moment. But here’s Amy Klobuchar, Congresswoman Amy Klobuchar. She wrote, this is not normal. The administration’s arrest of a sitting judge in Wisconsin is a drastic move that threatens the rule of law.
(09:50) While we don’t have all the details, this is a grave step and undermines our system of checks and balances. Conor, leave that up for a second, because note, the administration’s arrest of a sitting judge in Wisconsin is a drastic move that threatens the rule of law. The judge is the one that broke the law. The judge is the one that went out of her way to misdirect the ICE agents so that they couldn’t get the illegal.
(10:09) So she didn’t care about that. And can you throw back to it for just one second there? While we don’t have all of the details, but Kash Patel laid out the details. So we do have the details. I don’t have to read the whole thing to you again, but yeah, there are the details. They’re right there. Now I want to show you, and I know you guys love these, and I love these too, how the media works in lockstep.
(10:29) This is how the machine operates, right? This is a little bit of looking behind the curtain and seeing the old man, not the great and powerful eyes. How does the media work with the Democrats? Well, they get messaging. I don’t, Phoenix said to me right before the show, like, what a cool thing one day to maybe know how they do this.
(10:44) How do they do this? Where they all get messages, so they just start repeating the same words and phrases all over, all over. So here is a video of their new, do we have their, oh, well first, oh, okay, sorry. I’m jumping ahead a little bit. So first, no one’s above the law, no one’s above the law, no one’s above the law.
(11:01) You get that. That’s Klobuchar saying it, but this is what they do all the time. Okay, fine. Let’s jump ahead to the escalation part. Watch this. We begin tonight with the escalation in the president’s crackdown on illegal immigration. Today’s dramatic escalation in the Trump administration’s conflict with judges.
(11:19) The Trump administration signaling a major escalation in its deportation efforts. Today, an escalation in the Trump administration’s battle with the judiciary. Tensions between local and federal authorities over President Trump’s immigration crackdown escalated today. We begin this hour with a major escalation of the Trump administration’s crackdown on immigration.
(11:39) We begin with what appears to be a major escalation in the Trump administration’s deportation efforts. And what is a major escalation in the battle here in D.C. over… Major escalation, and we’re all going to say it. Where do they get the words? Where do they get the phrases? Why do they repeat the same things? It’s just like no one’s above the law.
(11:57) Like, they just do this over and over again. And again, the escalation in this case seems to be that we followed the law because a judge is not above the law. They never wanted Trump to be above the law. That’s why they were always tweeting that, right? We just showed you that.
(12:18) But somehow a judge is being arrested, which again, you can make the argument that there’s some level of spectacle here, right? That this was intentional because they’re trying to show other judges, stop doing this shit, put the blindfold on and, and prescribe justice as it should come.
(12:35) Democrat Jamie Raskin, we’ve shown you a bunch of videos of this guy’s, of this guy. He also is ramping up the fear Trump’s going to come for everybody. And he’s talking to the number one lesbian on cable news. There’s this individual case of this judge. There’s also potentially the intimidation factor towards all judges, right? That this has an effect on trying to scare and intimidate judges into not ruling against Trump or otherwise acceding to Trump and the Trump administration’s demands.
(13:03) When you say we must do whatever we can to defend the independent judiciary in America, what do you think that we should do? People need to manifest their outrage about these assaults on judicial independence. The first branch of government, the legislative branch, Congress must do the same thing.
(13:22) We must reject all of these attacks on individual judges. What are you talking about? If I could just get in their mind for a day, it would be, you know what, you’ve never seen the movie Interspace. Remember the movie Interspace with Dennis Quaid and Martin Short? It’s around 1984, great movie. They miniaturize Martin Short and they put him inside Dennis Quaid’s body.
(13:41) Or no, they, no, no, no, no, no. They do it the other way. They miniaturize Dennis Quaid and they put him in Martin Short’s body. If they could miniaturize me, I’m talking microscopic and put me in the brain of a Democrat to just see what is going on in that cavernous place.
(13:57) What is going on with these people? What are you talking about that Donald Trump’s trying to intimidate judges? The judge broke the law. The judge broke the law. So something has to happen to the judge. You might be interested in that. Why do you insist on lying to your viewers about what is happening there? Here’s just more on the confusion from the dams.
(14:21) Federal judge being taken into custody without clarity of what the charges or why, what infraction there has been is without question a very dangerous signal about what’s happening. And I agree with you. It’s a through line. Like the people willing to protect immigrants from being deported without due process are the target here. Yes. Well, you’re right about the last part.
(14:43) The people who are going out of their way to break the law, to hide illegal immigrants are going to be the target here. But as for what clarity or why this happened, I’m not gonna read it to you again, but here’s what Kash Patel said about the whole thing. So now if this all turns out to be a lie, we already read it to you once, well, then you guys will have a case.
(14:59) But it doesn’t sound like that actually is what’s going on here. So as always, Democrats taking the side of the bad guys, taking the side of the people that are breaking the law and everything else. If Donald Trump right now was arresting a judge, if there was a judge that was like, you know, I don’t like Donald Trump very much and that’s what I’m saying about that.
(15:18) And then Donald Trump arrested the judge. Well, I would have a problem with Donald Trump, but I don’t have a problem with people who break the law being arrested. It’s not that confusing, but this is a problem with Donald Trump, but I don’t have a problem with people who break the law being arrested.
(15:25) It’s not that confusing. But this is a super interesting clip. So this is New York Times writer, David Brooks. I guess he’s thought of as, he’s like kind of sort of, he’s just one of these mealy mouth, like half conservative nothings. But so they like him over at the New York Times, right? And listen to what he says here very closely, because it’s not just about the law.
(15:46) They always lead with their feelings. And watch this. Well, obviously, they’re trying to send a note of intimidation, not only to her, but to all judges and maybe to all Americans. But especially on the issue of immigration, there are a lot of people who are appalled by what the administration is doing. And there will be times for civil disobedience.
(16:06) And to me, if she… Let’s say she did escort this guy out the door. If a federal enforcement agency has come to your courtroom and you help a guy escape, that is two things. One, it strikes me as maybe something illegal. But it also strikes me as something heroic. And in times of trouble, then people are sometimes called to do civil disobedience.
(16:30) And in my view, when people do civil disobedience, they have to pay the price. That’s part of the heroism of it. Wait, did he say they have to pay the, they have to pay the praise or the price? The pray, they have to pay the praise. Okay. It’s just pathetic. Like I really can’t stand people like this.
(16:45) He basically there, you see the way he mealy mouth said it? He was like, yeah, she broke the law, but she’s a hero, right? She’s a hero. And no, she’s not a fucking hero. She broke the law. The same way you watching this on the other side of the screen right now, if you have an illegal gang member in your house and someone shows up from ICE and says, did you have an illegal gang member in your house? And you’re like, and says, do you have an illegal gang member in your house? And you’re like, oh my God, look at that balloon.
(17:08) And then they, you got it, you got it. How would you be treated? So do you want a class of people called judges because they wear robes? Who don’t, who the law is not applicable to them? I don’t think so, but that is what we are getting. We’ve got more here from NWokeness. Breaking, this is a different case.
(17:24) Judge Juan Cano and his wife arrested by federal authorities after they harbored a TDA gang member at home. And there’s some video and images. Don’t do that. Don’t bring an illegal gang member into your house and pretend that it is okay. But there’s more because, I don’t know, what is going on in Wisconsin.
(17:45) Something is rotten in the state of Wisconsin. Listen to this from Ian Yeager, an ex-commentator report. Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers’ administration instructs all state employees to help illegal immigrants avoid ICE. Instructions for state employees, do not answer questions, including when an agent asks about someone you know or presents a warrant with an individual name. Do not give the agent access to any papers or files or computer systems.
(18:11) How can we operate as a country if we are going to allow this? Let’s put aside what all of our broad feelings are about immigration, whether you have to do something about the, say, 12 million people who have been here for years and that you know are in communities and have children or whatever and then let’s put aside the 12 to 15 million people that came in over this last stuff and then the gang members let’s put aside all of like the specifics around it if we are going to have certain states that are going to say oh if the
(18:39) government comes around looking for people who have by very definition of being here in the first place broke the law put aside all the other crimes they may have committed and everything else, and they don’t pay into the system, and yet they drain the system, and can they then vote, and do they need IDs, and all of those things.
(18:54) If we’re gonna have certain states that are gonna literally instruct their employees, so now this is where we’re gonna have, this is where, you know, they always talk about a constitutional crisis, this is where you could get into a constitutional crisis about federalism. Because if a state is to say, do not cooperate with the federal authorities as the federal authorities are doing what they’re supposed to do, which is protect the border.
(19:16) Now, the states should be helping out with that. We’re doing it in Florida, and we’ll have more on that in a second. But if certain states are not gonna, it’s not even that they’re not just doing it, they’re going out of their way to instruct state employees to ignore federal law. That’s how you get into an intractable situation.
(19:32) And I don’t know how we get out of that, but I suppose this is a fight that we needed to have. And to get to Scott Jennings’ point earlier, maybe that’s the point of the spectacle. If we were to do this without a spectacle, right? If we were to do this without having a camera there and everything, then one person would do it, but it would keep happening elsewhere.
(19:52) But if we can blow it up so it’s all in our conscious, our consciousness, and we can all see it, I think it becomes one of those 80-20 issues for Trump. So we will see. We’ll have more on what’s going on with ICE in just a second, but first, Rumble Premium. Free speech is under attack, but Rumble refuses to back down.

All right, so we’ve got some info out of Wisconsin that we’ve been talking about. There’s just something very, very weird going on there.
(21:01) A governor instructing state employees not to work with ICE, thus allowing as many illegals as they want to take residence there, to commit crimes there, to hide, etc., etc. Now let’s contrast that with the free state of Florida. Here we have video of Assistant DHS Secretary responding to a news anchor about the 780 illegals that we arrested this week.
(21:26) Nearly 800 illegal migrants were rounded up in just, I think, just about four days, including a man convicted of homicide in Colombia, an MS-13 gang member from Guatemala, a Russian illegal who was actually wanted by Interpol, and a suspected Honduran gang member. So it sounds like a major success, at least from the outside. But I’m wondering, will we see more operations like this? And are you planning on working with, say, other states in a similar fashion? Kevin, this was a major success. It was a large scale, scale operation. And to your point, this is just a preview of
(21:57) what’s to come throughout the nation. All right. All right. So you can do things when you want to do things. Decline is a choice, not an inevitability. You can have a functioning state government like we have here in Florida. And by the way, when DeSantis was pushing to make sure that the Florida legislature was going to work with Trump on this, even the Republicans, some of the Republicans, we’ve got some squishy Republicans right here in the Florida legislature. They were working against DeSantis on this. They didn’t want him to coordinate with
(22:28) the federal government. He vetoed their bill and made sure that we now have the strongest possible policy so that we will work with ICE. Thus, 800 people basically got deported in four days, kicked out of our state. And as a Floridian, hallelujah, hallelujah. Maybe some of those people were nice people.
(22:49) That’s possible, but they were not legal. And by the way, not all of them were great people. There was a 13-year-old boy who was raped by one of these people. He’s now gone too. Look at this. Samuel entered the United States from Mexico back in August of 21. And he was shipped back to Mexico. He illegally entered again sometime in early 2022, where he fled from Texas authorities, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was located in Sarasota, Florida in July of 2024, but because of the Biden-Harris catch-and-release policies, he was released back into our community.
(23:37) So now let’s fast forward to April 13, 2025, Charlotte County, Florida. This individual befriended a 13-year-old and an 8-year-old and decided to play a game of hide-and-seek. While in the woods with these two, he sexually battered a 13-year-old child, both orally and anally. The subject was later located and arrested by Charlotte County deputies where he admitted to his crime.
(24:10) I mean, I don’t even know what to add to that other than why don’t you know that story? Why isn’t that story being played on CNN right now? Why doesn’t Scott Jennings, actually, I got an idea for you, Scott, over on CNN. Why don’t you bring that clip? And next time one of these idiots are pretending that it’s legal to hide illegals or that there aren’t too many illegals here or it’s not a problem or that it’s not worth the escalation that we’re in right now that you just play that video.
(24:30) Are you okay with this? And that’s kind of where we’re at. There are some other states that are doing it. Florida is really the, I would say the shining star right now, but Colorado. When Colorado is kind of this squishy, purple, weird state, Jared Polis, who’s the governor, he’s a Democrat, but he’s not like completely bananas insane, but then also does a lot of the woke shit. It’s hard to say, but check out this from AF Post.
(24:54) Over a hundred illegals were arrested in a nightclub raid in Colorado Springs tied to gang activity. And there you see, sorry guys, you cannot come to our country, do gang activity, and sell drugs, and then also party all night with your Kvasie while listening to Rihanna. Is that, they’re playing a lot of Rihanna now? Yeah, I gotta laugh back there.
(25:14) Rihanna, she’s cool. The woman wrote a song about an umbrella, and it was a number one hit. It’s crazy, you know? All right, we did the escalation thing already. I jumped a little early on that. Here is Tom Homan. And of course, Tom Homan, you know, will play Tom Homan in the movie about Tom Homan, starring Tom Homan.
(25:30) And here he is just the guy, it’s not just that he’s doing the right job and that he was set up to do the right job. He’s doing the thing that I keep saying that Hegseth is great at, which is Hegseth was a TV guy. So he knows how to communicate this stuff. Homan is not really a TV guy, but he just gets up there and just by laying out cold, hard facts, he kind of comes across as a TV guy, but he just gets up there and just by laying out cold, hard facts, he kind of comes across as a TV guy. Take a look. On Friday, a federal judge who was
(25:51) appointed by President Trump said a two-year-old American citizen child had been sent to Honduras with the mother who was deported. But the judge said, quote, there was no meaningful process. judge said, quote, there was no meaningful process. So again, this is another similar situation and dynamic.
(26:16) Shouldn’t there be special care when these deportation cases involve small American-born children? First of all, I disagree with the judge. It was due process. That female had due process at great taxpayer expense and was ordered by an immigration judge after those hearings. So she had due process. Again, this is parenting 101. You can decide to take that child with you, or you can decide to leave the child here with a relative or another spouse.
(26:39) Having a U.S. citizen child doesn’t make you immune from our laws of the country. American families get separated every day by law enforcement. Thousands of times a day when a parent gets put in jail, their child can’t go with them. If you’re an illegal animal, come to this country, and you decide to have your citizen child, that’s on you. You put yourself in that position.
(26:57) Yeah, that’s right. Again, and it might sound cold, and it might sound mean and all of those things. But when you break the law and then you think you can just skirt around the law for the rest of your life and do whatever you want with your kids and everything else, then one day it is very likely, especially if you live in a red state, that it is going to come smack you in the face.
(27:21) But again, what I would say to the hosts of all of these shows is where were you guys for four years when Joe Biden opened up the border? You guys for three of those years pretended it didn’t happen. Then when it finally bubbled up to the point, mostly because of online shows sharing the clips, and I will give Fox News credit for doing it because they were covering this stuff from a mainstream perspective.
(27:43) Finally, it blew up and it got into the zeitgeist and everyone was like, there’s a problem here. Then you were like, oh, we need a bipartisan bill to do it. But of course we didn’t need a bipartisan bill to do it because we never got the bipartisan bill and Trump was able to do it on day one with executive actions.
(27:57) So you basically pretended it was a problem, then you pretended we needed a solution that wasn’t a solution. And now you seemingly are journalists again, because now you want to find out what’s really going on here. But you didn’t care for all of the years that there was a problem, which is a great segue to the segment we’re about to do about the White House Correspondents Dinner. But first, Kalshi.
(28:19) All right, guys, let’s jump up north for a second. Canada heads to the polls this Monday, April 28th, and it’s shaping up to be a fascinating one. Now, if you want a clearer read on where things actually stand, not just the spin from political pundits or corporate media echo chambers, I always check what the betting markets are saying.
(28:38) Kalshi has a live market on who will be prime minister after the election, and you can see where the money’s flowing in real time. It’s not just vibes, it’s what people are actually betting on. If you want to try it out, go to my special link at callsheet.com slash Rubin, where you’ll get $10 free when you trade 100. Big week ahead. Let’s see how it plays out.
(28:56) Yeah, we will cover that tomorrow, by the way. Canada is at the polling station right now. Will it continue on its liberal side to insanity? Will it do something perhaps a little more conservative and sane? We shall see. Will it continue on its liberal side to insanity? Will it do something perhaps a little more conservative and sane? We shall see.
(29:11) Will it end up being the 51st state? Trump hinted at that again this morning. Who knows? Anyway, I was talking about how the media ignores the problems, then they misdirect the problems, then they finally acknowledge that the problems exist, but then they go after the people who are trying to solve the problems. We perhaps have no better example of that than what happened the last four years, really over five years, and you could probably argue six years with Joe Biden’s cognitive decline.
(29:33) Why is it that I was doing videos about it in 2019 and yet most mainstream media wasn’t covering it at all to the point that Jake Tapper, who was one of the people not covering it, has a book coming out next month about the fact that the media wasn’t covering it. You gotta give him some credit for that kind of hypocrisy. Here is, so it was the White House Correspondents’ dinner over the weekend and this thing has just, it used to be fun.
(29:58) They would bring out comedians and they would actually sometimes make edgy jokes to the president and it was making fun of the journalists and making fun of the president and that’s how, cause they’re all kind of in it together. But you know, it’s sort of cathartic. Like if you ever watch those Comedy Central roasts, which are kind of shitty, but if you go on YouTube and you can find those old roasts back in the day, those old Hollywood roasts when it was Johnny Carson and it was Frank Sinatra and it was those and Lucille Ball, like the old Hollywood
(30:26) crew, people that were sort of all in on something together, but then could have this like pressure release of making fun of each other. Anyway, it’s devolved into something just kind of nasty and very self-serving and pathetic. So we’re going to show you some clips of it. Axios is Alex Thompson. Here he is talking about that they should have realized and they should have done more about Biden’s decline.
(30:45) And it shows that they’re not perfect. I thought these people were perfect, but you’re… President Biden’s decline and its cover-up by the people around him is a reminder that every White House, regardless of party, is capable of deception. But being truth-tellers also means telling the truth about ourselves.
(31:12) We – myself included – missed a lot of this story. And some people trust us less because of it. We bear some responsibility for faith in the media being at such lows. Your decades of daily battles on behalf of reporters is why this award is one of the great honors of my life. Let me get this straight.
(31:42) This guy got an award there and then in in the award, he basically was like, we all suck. And they actually applauded at that. He’s like, well, we didn’t really do our job. And I’m getting an award for not doing my fucking job. Like only journalists, only quote unquote journalists could do that. Also he like slightly, and it’s hard to tell if it was intentional or not.
(32:02) He gave away the plot right there. He’s like, oh, and we should know that no matter where it’s coming from, that sometimes it could be bad. Implying like Democrats, yeah, Democrats can be bad. You guys are all Democrats, that’s the problem. So you got an award for not doing your job. You include yourself in the group of people that have blown away the trust in the mainstream media.
(32:24) And I talked about this last week in relation to something else, it would be nice. Functioning countries, any functioning system of anything needs some institutions that last over time, that last throughout generations. That’s how you connect things as the years go by, at the very least, right? How you have some sort of continuity between generations.
(32:43) You guys basically burned down the institution of journalism. You’ve made the New York Times a mockery and Washington Post a mockery, whatever Axios is. You guys have done all this and then you give awards to yourself while saying that you suck. I want one of those awards. That would be nice. I want an award next year for something.
(33:04) Somebody, I don’t think I’ve ever won an award. Have I ever won an award? I did the three-legged race in fifth grade. I think I came in third place. Never won any other kind of, you guys come up with an award for me. Anyway, it’s very exciting that they’ve realized that Joe Biden was not mentally fit to be president.
(33:19) Here’s one of those compilations that proved just that. Beer brewed here, it is used to make the brew beer. My memory is fine. The president of Mexico, Osisi, did not want to open up the gate. A solid meeting with the… And Mitterrand from Germany, I mean from France, looked at me and said, said, I said, I’m going to be a president for everybody whether you live in a red state or green state. I, anyway, I don’t want to, I don’t want to.
(34:01) I’m making Roe v. Word. The best way to get something done, if it holds near and dear to you, that you like to be able to…anyway. Putin’s kleptocracy. Yeah. $159 billion led. America is a nation that can be defined in a single word. I was going to put him in a foot… What am I doing here? Look, I know my mom gets annoyed when I show those clips. It could happen to all of us.
(34:40) It’s not fun to make fun of cognitive diseases, right? Every family will be affected by this. Many of us will be affected by this. There’s all sorts of cutting edge technology that’s going to hopefully solve some of this stuff. The funny part is that they pretended, right? Like that people watch that. We all saw it.
(35:01) Every time you’d watch him speak at a State of the Union or at a debate or at any press conference. It was basically like, can he get through this sentence? That’s where we were all at. And they told us basically to not see what we were seeing right in front of our eyes. And now they’re accepting awards for screwing it up the entire time. Like they don’t deserve your attention.
(35:22) They don’t deserve your respect or anything else. It’s very sad. Like, am I Nostradamus? How is it that I was doing videos about this in 2019? Am I so clairvoyant? Can I see into the future? Do I have a DeLorean? And did I talk to some Libyans? And was I able to attain enough plutonium to go back into the future to figure this all out? Or was I just paying attention? I’ll leave that for you to decide.
(35:43) The president of the White House Correspondents Association, his name is Eugene Daniels. He’s an MSNBC guy or gal. We’ve shown you a couple of videos of him over the years. Here he is talking about how important it is that they care about accuracy. Again, this is someone who, as far as I understand it, works for MSNBC.
(36:05) We journalists are a lot of things. We are competitive and pushy. We are impatient, and sometimes we think we know everything. But we’re also human. We miss our families and significant life moments in service to this job. We care deeply about accuracy and take seriously the heavy responsibility of being stewards of the public’s trust.
(36:28) What we are not is the opposition. What we are not is the enemy of the people and what we are not is the enemy of the state. Joseph, can we take that clip and put the Billy Madison, what you just said there was the stupidest thing I ever heard and we all are dumber for having listened to it. First off, where did he get that brooch? Look at that thing, because the other day I was at an event, I was at a big event, I don’t wanna say what it was, the lights went out for a second, and then I was like, where’s my brooch?
(36:57) And I think that guy might’ve stolen my brooch and used it as a tie. Like, all right, whatever. No, everything you just said there was completely backwards. And congrats. Oh, we miss our family events sometimes. We have to go and do work every now and again.
(37:14) Do you guys have other things you could be doing right now? Yeah, but I pay them so they sit here. That’s how it is, okay? That’s what a job is, you moron. Like, yes, there’s other things to do in the world. Would I rather be sitting on the beach right now? Yeah. No offense, guys. I’m just saying. Oh, look, I missed I missed my son’s soccer game because I’m a journalist. Here’s more from one of these people. This is the AP Zeke Miller. And they care, man.
(37:35) And they’re going to do better than they’ve done, even though they fucked everything up. From the White House to the town of White House, Texas, it’s a real place, Peoria to the Persian Gulf, we at AP remain committed as ever to accurate, independent, nonpartisan journalism, to carrying light the world over. All right, whatever. Guys, I’m sorry. There’s really no place I’d rather be than right here with you.
(37:59) Phoenix has a little tier, one tier, just right here, like an old Indian man. You don’t want to be here with me right now. you only pay me, that’s why I’m here. Lee Zeldin, who’s running the EPA these days, is doing a bang up job of just getting rid of waste. He’s working with Doge. They got, can you get the numbers, how much waste have they got out of the EPA? It’s I think hundreds of millions of dollars, if not more.
(38:19) But here he is showing you how you deal with one of these quote-unquote journalists, in this case from the New York Times. Lisa Friedman with the New York Times. Where has a judge said that this is fraud? I’m saying New York Times said it, Lisa. Lisa, if New York Times is going to write that there is no evidence…
(38:39) Not true, sir. We’ve written that judges have not found. Okay, over the last few months, Lee Zeldin, Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, has made explosive, you know this because you wrote it, has made explosive accusations against the Biden administration, accusing it of insane malfeasance in its handling of $20 billion in climate grants.
(39:01) Now, as a legal battle ensues over those funds, many of Mr. Zeldin’s claims remain unsupported and some are flat-out false. Why wouldn’t you write that there is any evidence? Could you point us to where the judges have found that there’s waste fraud? Oh see, it’s not that easy for you, Lisa. See, because you guys are writing stories.
(39:20) These are your words. These aren’t the judge’s words. So if you want to ask the question, I’m referring to one of your stories. And this came out before the judge’s decision came out. Yeah, that’s how you do it. That is how you do it. You bring receipts, right? I always talk about that time that Ted Cruz was on The View and they’re asking him about, oh, but you never said that there, or you wouldn’t, Democrats never deny elections.
(39:46) And then he busts out the paper and he’s like, well, here we go. Did, did, did, did, did, did, did. And then they all get MPC faced, and they break down. That’s what you do. By the way, it is true that the EPA has cut about $20 billion under Lee Zeldin in only a couple months. A lot of it was in DEI programs and a whole bunch more. So you just stop pretending these people, they’re not journalists.
(40:09) You think the guy with the brooch, do you think he’s a Democrat or a Republican? Do you think Jake Tapper is a Democrat or a Republican? Do you think Dana Bash is a Democrat or a Republican? By the way, you can have your own private political beliefs and still be a journalist. These people are just not doing that.
(40:26) And speaking of non-journalists, here’s disgraced CNN anchor Don Lemon with disgraced CNN contributor Jim Acosta, and they’re still sucking each other off. But I think it’s another nail, especially in the confidence that people have in corporate media, the trust that they have in corporate media. And I think that is why folks like you, you know, over here on Substack, doing extremely well. I’m doing okay on Substack. You’re doing know, over here on Substack doing extremely well.
(40:45) I’m doing okay on Substack. You’re doing great. You’re doing well. Watched on on Substack. Yeah. Watched on on YouTube. Yeah. And so I think that’s why we’re having such success. And they don’t care if you’re on the North Lawn and the South Lawn and the White House with pancake makeup on and all the lights and the shiny desks.
(41:00) They want people they like, they trust, and they care about. And I think that’s figures like us. People can trust that I’m going to tell them the truth. I’m also not gonna bombard them with frivolous stuff. I’m not gonna have false equivalency on my show. I’m just not going to do it. And I think people, you know, people…
(41:17) Did Don just say that people can trust him with telling them the truth? Um, can you, uh, Phoenix, can you, or Joseph, maybe, can you just go upstairs? Do you know, I’ll ask somebody for the code to the gun safe. I want you to come in here and blow my brains out. What are you, what planet are you on? And it’s hilarious.
(41:37) What are you talking about with the powdered makeup and all that? I’ve been with you on television and watch them put the powder on you. Like, what are you saying? You guys were part of the problem. Now you’re on the other. If you ever meet anybody, if you’re ever out anywhere and you say to somebody, where do you get your news? And someone says, oh, I subscribe to Jim Acosta’s sub stack.
(41:56) You slap them across the face. You know what I mean? You slap them across the face. That’s, and then you put the money on the table and you walk away, pay for the meal, pay for the drinks. But what are you doing? What are you doing? We’ve got more of these crazy people in a minute. Can’t get into the gun safe. All right, maybe I can get it. Tax Network USA.
(42:14) Tax day may have passed, but for millions of Americans, the real trouble is just beginning. If you miss the April 15th deadline or still owe back taxes, the IRS is ramping up enforcement. (42:53) Well, I get my news from Don Lemon’s sub stack with a little, I add a little Jim Acosta. Oh, I could really screw with your mind. It’s not just these guys, though. Something’s happening to all of these people. I don’t know, they’ve lost control of everything. So they’re getting awards for doing all the wrong things.
(43:15) They’re lying about everything. And then there’s this other set of people who’ve been in power for a while who aren’t in power at the moment, but they still want your attention so desperately. So for some reason, I’m gonna give it to them right now. Michelle Obama, she’s got her podcast and she’s out there on the road and she brings her brother.
(43:30) And I don’t know why we’re bludgeoning you with this, but she’s kind of upset that she’s not getting recognized as much as she used to, because she just wants you to know she’s a regular person just like you. There are a lot of people here of all ages who are trapped by their phones.
(43:48) And when you talk about us being disconnected and not talking to each other, I am not out in the world like a normal person anymore. But when I am, people don’t even recognize me. You know why? Because they’re on their phones. Nobody is looking at each other. I could walk right past somebody with a hat on you know and i’m just a black woman in a cap um but that’s i don’t know no i’ve done it i don’t know’m, I’m. I fly commercial.
(44:25) So. Okay. Okay. Oh, sorry. I was reading a 1991 Blazers versus Bulls box score. Yeah. Nobody’s paying attention to you, lady. Nobody’s paying attention. And I don’t know if it’s because they’re on their phones or not, but people don’t like you. You do not deserve to be liked. Your husband actually turned out to be a horrible human being who only two days before this last election pushed the very fine people hoax once again.
(44:56) He’s a racist and I don’t know what to make of you exactly. Right, Mike? Like, I don’t know exactly what’s going on there, but you’re not particularly good people. And sorry if not enough people, it’s so sad for you, not enough people are saying hello to you. Maybe you need to articulate your pain more.
(45:12) If people understood your pain, I mean, you were the first lady, that must’ve been rough. You’re a multimillionaire, you get to produce shows on Netflix, you’re good. But if you talked about your pain, if you could just victimize yourself a little bit more, maybe we’d care a little bit more. We showed you this one last week, but I think it illustrates the point.
(45:28) We don’t articulate as Black women our pain because it’s almost like nobody ever gave us permission to do that. And does anyone care? Yeah, there’s that. Do they care? If we knew, I think we would care. If we knew. If we knew. Or, you know,. If we knew. If we knew. Or, you know, and we have to ask ourselves, the men in our lives is, you know, why wait to be asked? You know, it seems like what we go through is pretty obvious.
(46:00) I mean, maybe we’re not complaining, but we’re actually living life out loud. Yes, because that’s what people want for you to articulate. You know, I realized as I was watching that I haven’t asked you guys about articulating your pain here. You two are white. Why don’t I have a Chinese man here, Joseph.
(46:16) Joseph, come in camera a little bit more so they can see you’re fully Chinese. People don’t ask Chinese people about their… You’re American also, so I don’t want to belittle you in any way. People don’t ask you people about their, you’re American also, so I don’t want to belittle you in any way. People don’t ask you about your pain, probably.
(46:27) Are you in any kind of pain? As a Chinese American, are you in any sort of pain? I mean, my left pinky kind of hurts. Oh, does it? Yeah. Have you been, do we have a first aid kit back over there? Yeah, I think it’s due to like emotional problems though. Okay. It’s very hard to emotionally articulate.
(46:43) Do you feel better now that I’ve asked you that? Way better. Honestly, it’s healed. Thank you, Dave. My pleasure. That’s what I’m saying, people. Find a random person who looks a little different than you and ask them about their pain. Be a good American. One more from Michelle.
(47:01) My decision to skip the inauguration, you know, what people don’t realize or my decision to make choices at the beginning of this year that suited me were met with such ridicule and criticism. Like people couldn’t believe that I was saying no for any other reason that they had to assume that my marriage was falling apart. You know, it’s like while I’m here really trying to own my life and intentionally practice making the choice that was right for me.
(47:30) And it took everything in my power to not do the thing that was right or that was perceived as right, but do the thing that was right for me. But then you become a shock absorber. Yeah. And that’s what women are, shock absorbers. And that’s exhausting. And it is not healthy. Yeah. It is not healthy.
(47:54) You’ve had to be shock absorbers for your husband, for your children, for your mom, for your family, your loved ones, because of where you were sitting in the public eye. That’s not fair to you. I think the reason that I’m actually trying to show you those clips is because the deep level of narcissism and desire for victimhood that she’s illustrating right there.
(48:14) And she brings her friend on. Oh, my God, you had to do it. You shock absorber. It was so rough for eight years. She had to have, you know, personal chefs everywhere and fly only in Air Force One and be treated like a queen. And then, as I said, get deals with Netflix and write books that she didn’t write and all those things. But she, it’s just so crazy that you could have it all.
(48:37) You could basically be one of the most powerful people on the planet. And still what she wants to instill in the minds of other people is that she is somehow the victim. And if she could only talk about her fame more and what she’s been through more, because they think that creates value. And that is what the Democrat party has done.
(48:53) They’ve gone all into that. When you hear Michelle Obama talking about that, and then people will be like, Oh, Michelle Obama is one of the top seven candidates to maybe be a Democrat nominee in 2028. It’s like, do you want someone who thinks of themselves like that? Think how reversed that is than Donald Trump, who’s out there fighting all the time, fighting the machine all the time.
(49:16) She was massaged by the machine all of the time and still wants that victimhood. It’s crazy. And speaking of crazy, we have not shown disgraced former MSNBC anchor Joy Reid in quite some time. But she’s got a webcam and she’s talking into it. And she’s still dumb. Really dumb. Dumb, dumb, dumb. Each community on Earth. If you take that away and try to distill us just down to white folks, we’ll be like Europe.
(49:44) An aging, slowly dying former empire. The Roman Empire didn’t survive because it didn’t have enough strength in its diversity. It suppressed its diversity and it died. If the U.S. wants to be the Roman Empire, keep voting the way you’re voting, y’all. Keep voting. Did you get the gun? Because that’s another one worth blowing my brains out. Like, that’s how the show’s gonna end, by the way you’re voting, y’all. Keep voting. Did you get the gun? Because that’s another one worth blowing my brains out.
(50:05) Like, that’s how the show is going to end, by the way. Well, you don’t want to direct that show. You don’t want an award. With that, you get an award. Directed the show where Dave blew his brains out because we showed one too many clips of joy. What? Yes, the Roman Empire guys died because diversity.
(50:21) There wasn’t enough diversity in the Roman Empire, right? There wasn’t enough diversity in the Roman Empire, right? There wasn’t enough diversity in the Roman, can you show the map? Look at, this is what, at the peak of the Roman Empire, look at all those, you got Italy, you got some Libya, you got Egypt, you got Spain.
(50:36) I mean, you’re rolling into the Middle East over there. There was, there just wasn’t enough to, all of those people and all of those colors covering hundreds of thousands of, you know, there was just no, that’s what collapsed the Roman Empire. It was really rather just extraordinary. I should do more research on that.
(50:53) We showed you the clip last week of George Clooney and George Clooney who has this horrific dye job right now and apparently because he’s on Broadway and he’s doing Edward R. Murrow, I guess that’s why his hair looks so ridiculous, but he looks, I don’t know, he’s done something with the Ozempic, too much makeup. Anyway, he’s back out there and it’s doing Edward R. Murrow, I guess that’s why his hair looks so ridiculous, but he looks, I don’t know, he’s done something with the Ozempic, too much makeup.
(51:05) Anyway, he’s back out there, and it’s very obvious why they’re putting him out there and why he did an interview with Jake Tapper on CNN last week. And it’s not to promote his show on Broadway. It’s because the Democrats are in such free fall, as we’ve been illustrating over and over, there is so no leader, the radicals are so out of control that they’re trying to figure out what they’re going to do for 28 or even for the midterms.
(51:30) But they need somebody right now to like just distract while the while they’re sorting out the craziness. That’s basically what’s going on here. So George Clooney did a couple interviews last week because, again, they’re just pushing him out there to be like, oh, when you think of Democrats, think of George Clooney, don’t think of Hamas activists and all the other crazy people.
(51:47) And he went after my friend, Megyn Kelly, and I’m not happy about it. Take a look. You see Megyn Kelly, she’s, who’s come out and said, you know, I’m not a journalist. I didn’t say I was a journalist. Another sheep, by the way. Anyway. You know, but I’m not quite sure what she’s done. I’ve at least been to, you know, Darfur and Sudan and the Congo and been shot at to try to get stories out. And I’m not quite sure what she’s done to be a journalist.
(52:24) journalists out there. By the way, you know, I always say I’m not a journalist. I tell you what I think. I’m very obvious about that. And you know my opinions and I report things to you and I hope I get as many of them correct as possible. But I’m telling you what I think. This is opinion, what we are doing for the hour when we’re here.
(52:38) I think Megan does something similar, but Megan, as far as I know, does consider herself a journalist and she’s got the chops and she does go to places and she interviews all sorts of people congratulations you were shot at in darfur or wherever else but like going why but the real question the real reason i’m showing you that is why are you going after megan kelly because you george as the stop gap at the moment for the democrats know that people are tuning out of the machine so you want to hack away at the people that they are tuning into.
(53:05) And Megan is crushing it. That’s just the truth. Here’s Megan with, I believe the kids call this a clap back. So she and George get together and they start navel gazing on stage about themselves, of course, and their vaunted profession and how bad, how just terrible the media is. He actually thinks I’m objecting to something he put on his show about me. I have no idea what you put on your show about me.
(53:29) I couldn’t care less, sir. I was mocking you for trying to lecture journalists on how to do journalism based on your own failure to speak truth to power. That’s what you, you failed. You only did it when you knew your candidate was going to cost you up and down the ballot. Right, exactly. So George Clooney, who was backing Biden the entire time, remember it was Clooney on stage with Obama and Biden and a bunch of other people that night when it was just so obvious this was before the debate, when it was just, wait, was it before the debate
(53:59) or after the debate, actually, when they were all on stage together? It was, no, maybe it was right after the debate, right? That’s interesting. It doesn’t even matter, actually. We’ll check. That Clooney event, was it before, June 27th was the debate. Was that before or after the debate? I think it was right after, if I’m not mistaken.
(54:16) We’re working on it. We’ve got three guys on computers. We’re gonna figure it out. But the point is that he was pushing, right? He was one of Biden’s main backers the entire time. We just showed you 20 minutes ago, the video of all the Biden slurs and everything else. Why were you pushing that? Why were you pushing him on us the entire time? We’ll figure out if it was before.
(54:36) What? It was before. Okay, it doesn’t even matter. That’s the point. So before the debate, when it all broke down on June 27th of last year, why were you still pushing it? And had it happened after, it wouldn’t have made a difference. It was like there was something very obvious and you were one of the people that was hiding it.
(54:55) Now let’s get to what some of the other Democrats are doing because remember Cory Booker? Cory Booker, man, he’s often crying about things. And he did, to his credit, two weeks ago, he stood at the Capitol and filibustered for 25 hours, which was a record. He did not pee or poop for 25 hours, which in your life, if that happened to you, you should probably see a urologist.
(55:18) But that was, Chuck Schumer was like, you didn’t pee or poop for, well, Chuck Schumer, he doesn’t. You didn’t pee or poop for 25 hours. We’re very proud of you, Cory. Okay, you’re great. Well, they pulled off another stunt and this time he sat on his ass for 12 hours. Listen to this from NBC News. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and Senator Cory Booker hosted hundreds of supporters at the Capitol on Sunday, sitting on the steps in protest of Republicans’ upcoming push to pass a budget reconciliation bill
(55:48) they hope will cut $1.5 trillion in federal spending. So once again, Republicans led by this administration are trying to cut waste from the government. You might like that or not like it. You might think they’re aiming at the wrong things. You might want some of their programs, but what did the Democrats do to stop it? They literally, I mean, it’s so perfect.
(56:07) You can’t, this is the metaphor of all time. They literally sat on their asses for about 10 hours. They did nothing. They accomplished nothing, just like his 25-hour filibuster. But here’s Cory Booker, very excited because he sat on his ass on the steps. We’ve all been to those steps. I probably sat on those steps for about 10 hours.
(56:28) We got some power here. Now, we said we were anchoring ourselves in the moral traditions. When we came out here over 10 hours ago, Hakeem and I said this is a bigger moment than politics. This is a moral moment in America, and we were going to sit here for a long time. I didn’t know we’d be sitting for 10 hours, but it’s 10 hours and we’re still going.
(56:49) And we’ve got some great people here, but the more it’s just nothing. You understand that it is just, we sat there for 10 hours. You didn’t accomplish anything. Just like you didn’t accomplish last time. You guys are perfect Democrats. You do nothing but waste time and everything else. And, and,.
(57:06) And God, just to be clear, the Clooney event with Obama, remember when Obama walked Biden off and everyone was starting to realize it, that was a week basically, a week to 10 days before the ultimate debate where the whole thing broke down in front of our eyes. But it wasn’t just Cory Booker who was sitting there, as he mentioned, he was there with Hakeem Jeffries and Hakeem Teemu Obama, I think that’s a powerful moment for us.
(57:46) Reminds me of the letter that Ulysses Grant was said to have sent at the start of the Civil War. Of course, the great general who subsequently became president. And at that moment of great turmoil in the country, the country literally tearing itself apart, Grant wrote that whatever my prior political positions have been, my prior opinions have been up until this point, I have but only one objective now.
(58:31) And Grant then said, we have a government and laws and a flag and they must all be sustained. And what Grant said is there are but two parties in America right now, patriots and traitors? No, there’s people who sit on their ass and do nothing, and then there’s regular Americans who have jobs and families and have things to do. What I’m curious about is did all of those people not get up for the 12 hours, the fat chick to the left, and everybody, did nobody poop or pee for 12 hours? That’s interesting to me, I’d like to know about that.
(59:02) But also, that’s like hell. Everyone has their own version of what hell might be. You know, fire and brimstone, guy with horns and spike, and he’s yelling at you and it’s very hot. I think my version of hell would be sitting on the steps of the Capitol for 12 hours having to listen to Cory Booker and Timu Obama speak.
(59:18) That would be it. Here’s one more from Cory Booker. When they find, they did it. They did nothing, but they did it. At the six o’clock hour, we’re officially at the 12 hours that we’ve been at this. We started walking in your office, got down here a few minutes after six o’clock a.m. It’s now six o’clock p.m.
(59:35) I wanna… That’s so great. That’s so great. You sat for 12 hours. I’ve seen Lord of the Rings great. You sat for 12 hours. I’ve seen Lord of the Rings. I’ve sat for 12 hours. Sorry, I know you love it. I know. I just don’t, some of these little people with the hairy feet, that’s not my thing. But what they’ve done, so they sit for 12 hours, they talk for 25 hours, they tell you America’s evil and it’s systemically racist.
(1:00:02) They have judges hiding illegal people. They don’t care when fentanyl dealers come across. All of the stuff. So they’ve got all of this crazy stuff happening. They’re in cahoots with the media who are constantly making everyone else afraid of Donald Trump and everything. And then what it really is doing is it’s creating a mass public health crisis.
(1:00:20) We have a mass mental health crisis in this country right now. And it’s leading to just, I don’t even know if this is trolling. This is either trolling or this woman’s completely insane. Either way, it’s just great. Because here’s AOC at a town hall climate change event. And this is just, well, just enjoy.
(1:00:36) We’re not gonna be here for much longer because of the climate crisis. We only have a few months left. I love that you support the Green Deal, but it’s not getting rid of fossil fuel. It’s not going to solve the problem fast enough. A Swedish professor saying we can eat dead people, but that’s not fast enough.
(1:00:57) So I think your next campaign slogan has to be this. We got to start eating babies. We don’t have enough time. There’s too much co2 all of you you are you you know you’re pollutant too much co2 we have to start now please you are so great I’m so happy that you’re really supporting the great deal but it’s not enough you know even if we would bomb Russia we still have too many people too much.
(1:01:27) So we have to get rid of the babies. Okay. No, we’ll go ahead. It’s a, no, no, no. Yeah, no. Thank you. That’s great. That’s great. I could watch that over and over. First off, save the planet, eat the children. That’s what it said on her shit. There’s literally, and I mean this literally, there is literally no way to know if that was a comedian or a troll or she meant it or the Swedish professor.
(1:01:52) Does he even exist? Who wants us to eat the babies? But it doesn’t matter. And you can see it in AOC’s face. Like she’s afraid to kind of be like, oh no, we’re not gonna have to eat the babies. Don’t worry about that. Because she, what was it, six years ago already, told us that in 12 years, we were all gonna die, right? Apparently that, because of climate change, apparently that didn’t make it to Barack Obama’s desk because he was able to buy a 30-acre estate in Martha’s Vineyard, right? Bill Gates doesn’t mind having the most expensive house
(1:02:20) in all of Seattle on the water. For some reason, they’re willing to do that. They’ve all got their private islands. They’re all living by the shore, but they want you to eat bugs. So they have created a situation where that is, it is literally impossible. If that girl is a comedian, I want her on the show either way.
(1:02:35) We’re going to track down that girl and whether she’s a completely insane lunatic or a comedian or just a Democrat, just an average Democrat, I’d like to have her on the show. Speaking of average Democrats, do you remember Al Gore? Al Gore was Bill Clinton’s vice president. And he sort of sounds like a gay bird trying to burst forth out of a human body. Like a Southern, like if it was like Bugs Bunny, he’d be like, he would look like a bird from the South and he’d be kind of gay and he’d talk, whatever.
(1:03:04) He went on Bill Maher on Friday night, he went on real time. And you know, Bill is going through this interesting thing where he’s admitting that Trump is not a racist. He’s also saying that Trump was actually far nicer to him than other presidents who he voted for that he met, including Bill Clinton, who Al Gore worked for.
(1:03:22) And just here’s Gore and it’s just endless fear mongering nothingness. And when I see and hear over and over again, the assertion of complete inaccuracies that Ukraine is responsible for starting the war with Russia, there’s so many of them. And they keep asserting these things, expecting us to believe that the climate crisis is a hoax invented by the Chinese, that windmills cause cancer, that coal is clean.
(1:03:53) And they try to assert with the force of power their own special version of alternative facts. But I guarantee that the side of the country that voted for Trump, they hear Nazi and they just go, oh, you’re calling us Nazis? First of all, it’s a bit of a false premise, as bad as they are. And also, it just says to them, well, you just hate us.
(1:04:13) Yeah. So, again, Bill Maher getting it, and it’s good that he’s saying that to Al Gore’s face. I want to just clean up something about Al Gore because every time you see this man talk, you must realize he is perhaps the biggest fraud on the planet. Everything he has done to make people hate fossil fuels and the energy that keeps people warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
(1:04:37) It’s not to say we can’t have more green things and I have a Tesla, so it’s not to say there aren’t things you can do with electric cars and all sorts of stuff and nuclear power and everything else. But this man is an extraordinary, extraordinary fraud. And if you wanna know how big of a fraud he is, when Al Gore left the White House, when he was VP, he years ago, check me on this, he started something called Current TV.
(1:04:56) And it was a cable network that did these very, very short videos, right? I was on it a couple of times, actually. It was called Current TV. It was a far left whatever when I was a lefty. And he basically was able to use his power as VP to get on the cable channels, right? Because you gotta get on the cable systems.
(1:05:13) You gotta get on Comcast and everything else. That’s very difficult. Anyway, no one watched the channel. It was on for a couple of years. He sold it for $500 million, a failing cable news network that had no value. Glenn Beck wanted to buy it because Glenn Beck was doing the blaze online very early on.
(1:05:30) Glenn Beck wanted to buy it. He would not sell it to Glenn Beck because Glenn Beck was too far right. You know who he sold it to? Al Jazeera. That’s right. He sold it to the government of Qatar that then put Al Jazeera, state-sponsored government of Qatar, got Al Jazeera, state sponsored government of Qatar got Al Jazeera and that’s who he sold to.
(1:05:48) Oh, by the way, I’m pretty sure Qatar, they export oil. I’m pretty sure that’s how they got rich. So Al Gore is a fucking fraud of the highest order. That is what he is. So while they talk, while they talk and they victimize themselves and they defend criminals and they lie about us, all of the stuff, all we have to do is keep doing the right thing.
(1:06:11) That’s the part that I really want people to understand right now. There is so much goodness coming out of this administration, what is happening in this country. We’re redoing the deals, the trade deals, obviously. We got through the little bump, the initial bump because of the tariffs, and now we’re gonna get some of that fixed. We’re gonna get the border fixed.
(1:06:28) There’s so much, we’re getting DEI out of schools, all this stuff it’s happening. And, and that’s why I want to always shine light on their craziness, but then always bring it back to the fact that we are fixing things and we’re fixing it fast. This is, this is a great post from an ex account called clandestine. And look at this, this is over the weekend. A picture is truly worth a thousand words.
(1:06:46) At Pope Francis’s funeral, Zelensky is making one last desperate attempt to convince Trump to fund his war, and Trump is once again telling him that the jig is up. Historic scene to the Vatican. I mean, and that picture really is worth a thousand words. Look at the two chairs, the body language, all of that.
(1:07:02) And yes, Zelensky’s gonna have to have his moment of truth and it’s coming because we are not gonna endlessly fund this thing. And as I always say, that doesn’t make Putin a good guy. And there will have to be some territorial concessions and all of that. But things are changing and they’re changing for the better.
(1:07:21) I would like to end on one clip of Jordan Peterson. We’ve shown you this clip before, but I thought it was the right way to end today’s show because all of these things that now are bursting forth and the media that’s pretending that they had nothing to do with all the things that they did and the people who got fired from the media and then try to do it online and all of the cultural rot, all of the stuff, it started somewhere.
(1:07:43) It started somewhere. And people always go, well, where did it start? How did it start? Why didn’t we see it? And the reason that a lot of us didn’t see it, I was one of the earlier people that saw especially the woke stuff. But the reason that most good people don’t see these things is because good people, instead of navel gazing and figuring out how they can be a victim like Michelle Obama, good people are out there and they’re working jobs and they’re living lives and they’re working jobs and they’re living lives
(1:08:05) and they’re building families and they’re doing things. And then what happened was this elite class of people decided to break the brains of several generations of young people by infecting the universities. And until we solve that, which by the way, Trump is trying to do that too with Harvard right now, we will have a continuation of this. Here’s Jordan Peterson.
(1:08:24) This is from about a year ago on Real Time. What happens is that they are then saying that being oppressed is being good. I don’t know if the Holocaust… Yeah, well, this, but this is the main issue. I mean, part of the reason that you see all this foolishness on university campuses, too, is because people have bought this idiot metamarxism, which is that the way to look at every social relationship that people ever have is through the lens of power.
(1:08:45) And that is, we can put that squarely at the feet of the universities as far as I’m concerned, is you know, marriage is a patriarchal institution and business is nothing but oppression and you have to view every single situation that emerged historically as oppressor versus oppressed. And then once you get that, which you can get in about two minutes if you sit in the course that teaches that sort of thing, you have a lens to moralize about the whole world through.
(1:09:08) And then you see the situation is that the leftists have already decided the Palestinians are the victims. And as you pointed out, if you’re a victim, then you’re morally righteous. And even more conveniently, if you stand for the victim, then you’re morally righteous, regardless of what you do with your own life.
(1:09:28) And that’s pretty much what university students are taught from the time they enter the university classroom. And that’s how they, you know, orient themselves morally. And that’s at the hands of the radical left to build. And that’s it right there. We’ve let several generations of young people be indoctrinated into that belief. Then their own, as Jordan points out, their own behavior is secondary.
(1:09:51) You can do anything you want in the name. The revolution is always the point, right? It’s never the issue. It’s the revolution. And until we disconnect the way the institutions have abused our young people until we can fully break that and whether that means not going to these institutions anymore, not listening to CNN or the New York Times or sending your kids to these indoctrination centers or whatever else, we’ll keep doing it.
(1:10:16) But by the way, that’s changing too, which is why we have more school choice and why in certain states we’ve removed DEI. So there’s so many good things to see. You just gotta be willing to see them and fight for them when they come to your doorstep, or perhaps even a little bit before that. Guys, one of my favorite interviews of all time that I have ever done with the co-creator, co-writer, co-producer, and co-director of Airplane and Naked Gun, and top secret and scary movie three and four, and many more, David, not Zucker, Zucker, is up right now.
(1:10:46) It was, we go through a bunch of the movies and we just had an absolutely, it was an absolute blast. He also has the actual, we’ll do more on this soon, but he wrote the actual script to the rebooted Naked Gun 4. And because he’s a little bit outside of Hollywood these days, talks to scary people like me, they did not take it.
(1:11:07) They did not take his script. They instead gave it to Seth MacFarlane. But I read the real script. He has it. It’s real. The new one with Liam Neeson is gonna bomb. It’s coming out on August 1st. But the real script does exist. I told him maybe I can figure out a way to fund it to make that movie, which unfortunately they won’t be able to call Naked Gun anymore.
(1:11:23) But that’s whatever. Watch the interview if you haven’t seen it. Post game show, 30 seconds, rubenreport.locals.com. Adios. The Yeah! Hey.
